The Big Book Of Kombucha | Book Review

Above are a few images of what I currently have brewing!

OK, book review time! Are you interested in learning all there is to know about the ins and outs of not only Kombucha itself but how to successfully become a home brewer?

Look no further than “The Big Book of Kombucha”. I cannot praise this book enough. It is simply amazing and super easy to follow. I have been studying Kombucha for a while now but this book truly filled in all of the missing pieces for me.

It is visually pleasing and written in a way that anyone can follow along and truly grasp all of the important and mind-blowing information.

Sure, there is a lot of information out there on YouTube, etc. But I find it overwhelming and contradicting at times. Sometimes having a good book to reference makes all the difference!

Within these pages you will find all you need. How Kombucha started, the endless benefits, how to brew in different ways, understanding 1st and 2nd fermentation, flavoring with fruits, herbs and savory flavors, common mistakes, solving mistakes, endless recipes and so much more!

I have read 3 books in the past month on Kombucha and this is by far the absolute best. Authors Hannah Crum and Alex LaGory of Kombucha Kamp have mastered Kombucha brewing on so many levels and as Kombucha educators have written what I consider to be the Kombucha Bible.
